    Question

    Hi!

    little question:
    Is Monarch Pro 8.0 compatible with a 64-Bit WindowsXP-System?

    If yes:
Does Monarch use the full power / features of a 64-Bit system?
Or is it still running on 32-Bit?

i thought it is better to ask BEFORE i buy a 64 Bit System....

    Regards

Monarch is a 32-bit application. If it was to run on a 64 bit system (truthfully I don't know that!) it would still run as a 32 bit application.

    Hi

Monarch 8.0 does install and work on Windows 64-bit operating systems.

It installs to the 32-bit sections of Program Files and uses the 32-bit section of the registry.

It runs in WOW64 or 32-bit mode under 64-bit systems, just as Microsoft Office (even the forthcoming 2007 release) does.

I am running Monarch 8 Pro at home on a 64 bit laptop with no problem. Performs the same as it does at work on a 32 bit pc.
