I have several models that I have been using weekly for the last several months--with no issues.
For the last 2-3 days I have been having trouble.
The model opens--- I can see the trapped data but then I get a Monarch Pro box in the middle of the page with a red circle and a X...at the bottom of the box is an OK button.
There does not seem to be a pattern as for every model that doesn't work----5 do...
I am running Monarch Pro 9
