Trap Assistance - Multiline

Hi, I am new to the Monarch software. I am a Version 7 User and need some insight as to how to trap a report I have. I thought it would be relatively simple but has turned out to be more complicated than expected.
Here is a Report Sample:

Now I can trap 100% of the data with no issues. The problem is that I only need the Data from the first 4 rows - "Date, Day, Start and Stop". Then just the Data from the "Exception Code, Start and Stop" side only if the "Exception Code" is "Lunch". And I need that Lunch data to corresponde with the Agent and the Workday. I have tried trapping the Lunch alone in every way I can consive of. But the results are always repeating values that to do not belong on that Date with that particular agent. Header or Footer traps have not been successful for me yet. Can anyone offer me some assist on what I might try next.

I dont' think your report sample has any lunch's on it does it?

But I see your problem. There are several solutions, but the question becomes what do you want to do with the data?

One simple solution would be to trap everything as you have it. You would have 7 fields from the detail lines:

DATE DAY START STOP EXCP EXCP-START EXCP-STOP


I would add two calculated fields to replace EXCP-START and EXCEP-STOP These would check the value in EXCP to see if it is LUNCH. IF so, they would carry the field value that you are replacing. Otherwise, they would load a zero.
