not a valid projekt file?????????

Hi,
i´ve a problem with the project files.
I going to change my processes from MDP 6 to MDP 7. After i used the conversation utility (convert an *.dpf file to an *.xprj file, i can it open and all is right in MP wiht model file i can see the report file in the right way. I´ve saved it and wanted to define it in the MDP Console. New Process, i ´ve choosen my xprj file and want to see the proberties. NOTHING! Only the Failure: "Unable to load prject file, D:pathtoprojectfileprojectfile;D:inuppercase hesame.xprj is not a valid project file..." OK, Help.

The other way i tried is, i opened the old model and the report file and saved the project as xprj file. This results the error:"Unable to load project file, D:pathxprj file: Der Objektverweis wurde nicht auf eine Objektinstanz festgelegt..." <<<The Objectlink wasn´t linked to an Objectinstanz.

Why? Anybody the same Probleme?

Could you open the xprj file in notepad, and copy and paste the contents into a post, so we can read it?

The MDP Console tells me it is not a valid project file.

The second way i tried is: I copied from an xp system with MP7.02 and MDP7.01. the model file to my "Problem System" W2K and opened in MP the *.prn File and this Model File. It looks perfect. Exactly the same as on the XP System. Then i saved the project file and get this one:

Is it the right way to create a Project File or do i have (have i do??dontknow!) a misstake?? :confused:

The Error message in Monarch Data Pump Admin Console is then this one with "Objektinstanzen".

Anybody need some more Information ??
