This manual takes the even totally unexperienced user through a number of sessions that will make sure you learn both the basics and also the more advanced stuff.

True, in the past Monarch was packaged with a Learning Guide book for each license purchased. Only recently with Monarch 5.02 is the Learning Guide included as a .pdf file on the CD. You did not indicate the version your company uses. Maybe it's time to look in to an upgrade. We also offer Training Classes in different areas of the country. This information can be found on our website: http://www.datawatch.com/docs/support/training/index.html. The Monarch Shockwave Demo is also very informative: http://www.datawatch.com/docs/products/index.html. And, although we cannot provide over the phone training, when you have used all your "lifelines", you can always call us here at Technical Support to help you with specific questions.
