Hi Norm,
We advise updating to, at least, Monarch V4.05 for compatability with Windows 2000. But, please keep in mind, if you are also upgrading to Office 2000, Monarch is not forward compatible for exporting as this format. Exporting would need to be performed as a previous file format, creating a new file, and the new file would need to be converted in the Office 2000 application.
For total compatability with Windows 2000 and Windows XP we advise upgrading to our current version, Monarch 6.
