We upgraded to XP. Since then, when you start Monarch (V6), it displays a prompt box and ask for user name. This caused some difficulties with auto scripting.
Can you disable the prompt box? Are we missing something in the setup process?
Can you pass a parameter in the script?

Check that the
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareDatawatchMonarch ProSettingsMonUser registry key on the workstation contains the valid username recorded in the administrator.
The registry key will just be Monarch, not Monarch Pro for Monarch Standard.
