3 line records rolling over to next page

I had a data report that consists of a header on each page and three line records. The report os 300 pages and I am trying to extract data from these records.

My problem is that when my criteria in trap line one is met Monarch (version 5) captures the three lines but if the record is at the bottom of the page the 2nd or 3rd line may be at the top of the next page and it captures a line from the report header and looses that data.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

1) Select your whole heading and click on TEMPLATE, New Template.
2) setup your trap in the R line.
3) For the "Type:", click the button for Page Header.
4) Do not highlight any fields in the S line.
5) click okay

This way it will skip over these lines when it is trapping your lines for the detail template.
